Shine bright like diamonds

I don't won't to ruminate on this last weekend too much. Especially because so much of it was good. But some of it was kind of bad. Kind of filled with too much alcohol, too much hate, and a few constant reminders that I have partied more in 9 years than many do in their whole lifetimes. And what did I learn from this session filled with love and a little disdain? That everyone will form an opinion about you no matter what and you have very little control over it. So be your best you. Not the one that people will like the best or the one that people will have the easiest time accepting. No, none of that. Simply put, the best you you possibly want to be. Give it your all every day, and leave nothing on the table, don't hold back for anyone or anything. I love everyone I saw this weekend. I love most people I meet, I should try to love them all. I also have toxic opinions of them that I share to anyone who will listen. Today, my be healthy list has a lot more to do with being a better more positive person and sharing the light, not dampening someone else's or pointing out other flaws. Just shine, I'm going to focus on the shine, the positivity, the light, and I would like to bring it into my life and others. Breathe in the positive and make it become you. That is my new wellness plan. Let the sunshine in.

What I learned today:
High functioning families have three things in common:
Adapt all the time
Talk a lot (specifically a family narrative about what family is and family history, it is the biggest indicator of overall well-being)
Go out and play

Day 4: Back on Track

Went for a walk with Nicole but didn't get to do much else, lots of cleaning and stuff like that.

@1360 calories in and workouts in the morning and night. you can do this!

Toning: Did 1.5 TIU Tuesday workout and walked at night.

P.S. Weighed myself and it is looking good! WHEW!

Day 1...82 days til wedding...27 til the shower

AM weigh in = 175
M1: grapefruit and string cheese @ 150
M2: strawberries and greek yogurt @ 150
M3: mixed green salad with sauteed peppers, balsamic vinaigrette, string cheese @ 160
M4: small orange and a kind bar (before 3:00) @240
M5: a little pirate booty (yikes, starches after 3:00) @80, a peanut butter chocolate chip pancake (yummy) @380, a mixed green salad with balsamic vinagrett @80 = 540

Hydration: Definitely hit 90+
Squats: 100 + 20 hammies and 10 pushups
Walked: 35 minutes (lunchour)
Walked/Jogged: 45 minutes (nighttime)
Did the Thai Booty Routine and Sun-kissed abs once each!

Today was: pretty good! I was productive and accomplished my TIU goals. Need to work on getting M5 right, get that bombshell spell in, and put in a booty call! There is always tomorrow!
