Day 4: Back on Track

Bombshell Spell
M1: greek yogurt, berries, chia seeds 200
M2: grapefruit, string cheese, larabar 360
15 minute walk
M3: black bean salad and string cheese 280

Went for a walk with Nicole but didn't get to do much else, lots of cleaning and stuff like that.
