Day 3

Bootycall = 3xPuraVida + 10 Burpees (20 minutes)
Bombshell Spell
M1: Green Tea + Greek Yogurt + Berries + Chia Seeds @ 220
M2: grapefruit + string cheese @140
M3: chips @ 160 veggieburger@310 cookie @ 160 = 630! yikes!
M4: grapefruit
One 15 minute walk + one 10 minute walk + hamstring flings and stretches (30)
