Monday: Bring magnets, and hippie crack corn to work. Meeting at 4:00 with Sasha's doctor
Thursday: 8:30 am meeting with the Historic Preservation people.




100 lunges, 40  burpees, 5 k run, 5 x 2 min planks, 3 x santorini bikini, bikini abs.

What I learned today:
High functioning families have three things in common:
Adapt all the time
Talk a lot (specifically a family narrative about what family is and family history, it is the biggest indicator of overall well-being)
Go out and play
